Welcome to Greens of Park Ridge Homeowners Association





Our community, the GoPR, is one of several private communities within Park Ridge. The GoPR, HOA is your local community association, representing all 111 homes within the GoPR. The Park Ridge (PR), HOA, commonly referred to as "The Master HOA" represents all sub-associations within Park Ridge. The GoPR is considered a sub-association of the PR, HOA.

Each association plays a distinct role with regard to the services provided. The GoPR supports your local community and includes the maintenance of the common areas, (roads, landscaping, signs within the GoPR to include insurance) and street snow removal. The PR HOA supports community wide trash removal, the pool, maintenance of common areas, storm water management, fountain maintenance, and Insurance for Park Ridge

  • Make work orders
  • See violation letters, notes, pictures and respond back to us
  • Send in an ACC Form for any improvements you would like to make to your property
  • See Calendar of Events including upcoming meetings
  • Have access to Community information (as provided by the BOD)
  • Get all forms such as:
    • ACH Form
    • Settlement Forms
    • E-Statement Form
    • Parking and/or Pool Pass Forms (as needed)
    • ACC Forms

SIDEWALK REPAIRS





JES Foundation will be onsite to repair some sidewalk trip hazards starting on March 23, 2026.


Management has been told that all work should be completed on the same day, weather permitting.
